Duncan Macleod
In January 2006 Duncan Macleod became Vice President in charge of Shell Hydrogen, a Shell business created in 1999 to develop hydrogen as a future fuel for mobility and power. Duncan has a Shell career spanning three decades working in Venezuela, the Caribbean, Nigeria, Japan and the Netherlands and has held key positions in supply/trading, M&A, Upstream, Strategy, Government Relations. Duncan was also instrumental in setting-up Shell's biofuels technology ventures with Iogen in Canada and Choren in Germany. |

Dr. Richard A. Bradley
Dr. Bradley has been the head of the Energy Efficiency and Environment Division at the International Energy Agency in Paris since January 2004. Prior to joining the IEA, Dr. Bradley was a senior negotiator for the U. S. on multilateral energy and environment agreements, including: the Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol, the NO x Protocol under the Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution Convention, and the Montréal Protocol. He held a number of senior management positions in the U. S. Department of Energy prior to joining the IEA. |

Dr. Robert K. Dixon
Dr. Robert K. Dixon is currently the Leader of the Climate and Chemicals Team at the Global Environment Facility and the former Senior Coordinator, National Security Council and Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Task Force on Energy Security and Climate Change for the Executive Office of the President. He has previously worked for the International Energy Agency Council on Environmental Quality, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Professor Hadi Dowlatabadi
Professor Haid Dowlatabadi is the Canada Research Chair & Professor in Applied Mathematics and Global Change at the University of British Columbia. He received his PhD in Physics from University of Cambridge (1984). He has focused on public policy of resources and the environment. He has hundreds of papers and dozens of PhD students. He is co-founder of Offsetters.ca, CTO of Green-Erg Technologies, and sits on the Board of the Canadian Bioenergy Corporation. |

Goh Chye Boon
Mr Goh was appointed Deputy Secretary (Special Projects) for the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) on 1 June 2008. As Deputy Secretary (Special Projects), he oversees the organization of the inaugural Formula ONE night race in Singapore. Concurrent to his appointment, Mr Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City (SSTEC) joint venture company between the Singapore and Chinese consortiums. He is also on the board of the Economic Development Board. Mr Goh previously held senior postings at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Community Development, the People’s Association, National Youth Council and the Ministry of Finance. |

Justin R. Swift
Justin R. Swift is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Affairs in the Office of Fossil Energy. He is responsible for export and import activities within the Office of Clean Coal and the Office of Oil and Natural Gas and Petroleum Technology. He also participates in the activities of the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum, a coalition of 16 nations and the European Union dedicated to research and development that will allow continued reliance on fossil fuels while curtailing production of greenhouse gases. |

Malcolm Wicks
Malcolm Wicks is Minister of State for Energy at the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) of the United Kingdom. He has served as Minister of State for Science and Innovation and Minister of State for Energy 2006). His keen concern about fuel poverty led to him to act as a Trustee of the National Energy Foundation. Mr. Wicks has been a Member of Parliament for Croydon North since 1992. |

He has performed research in energy use and conservation in buildings; advanced energy technologies; utility energy forecasting; advanced utility-customer communication, computation, and control systems; energy-efficient environment; air pollution control; and environmental simulation and modeling. |

Dr. Jim Watson is Deputy Director, Sussex Energy Group, Sussex University and Joint Deputy Leader, Climate Change and Energy Programme, Tyndall Centre. Michael Dolan
Michael Dolan joined Mobil Oil Corporation in 1980 and is currently senior vice president of the Exxon Mobil Corporation. Mr. Dolan has served as the Middle East and Africa regional director of ExxonMobil Chemical Company in Brussels. In 2001, he moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he served as executive vice president for ExxonMobil Saudi Arabia. Mr. Dolan is a director of the American Chemistry Council, the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council and the Society of Chemical Industry. |

On 1 April 2008, Mr. S. Iswaran was appointed Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry. He has worked in the private sector, joining Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd as its Director for Strategic Development. In 1998, Mr Iswaran was appointed Senior VicePresident/Managing Director at Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd where he undertook investments in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, hi-tech manufacturing, transport and logistic sectors and several takeover, buy-out and merger transactions. He was a member of the India-Singapore Closer Economic Cooperation Agreement Joint Study Group, the Government Parliamentary Committees for National Development & Environment as well as for Community Development & Sports, the Remaking Singapore Committee, the Supervisory Panel of the Feedback Unit and the Network India Steering Committee. He is a member of the Division of Asian Studies Consultative Committee at the National University of Singapore. |

Eileen Claussen is the President of the Pew Center on Global Climate Change and Strategies for the Global Environment. Ms. Claussen is the former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs. S Jayakumar
S Jayakumar studied law at the University of Singapore and became the Dean of the Law Faculty in 1974. In 1971, he was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to serve as Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) and High Commissioner to Canada. From 1974 to 1979, he was a member of Singapore's delegation to the UN Law of the Sea Conference. Jayakumar was appointed Minister of State for Law and Minister of State for Home Affairs in 1981. He has served as Minister for Labour, Second Minister for Home Affairs and Second Minister for Law. On 30 May 2006, he was re-appointed Deputy Prime Minister, Co-ordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Law by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. |

Robert A. Hefner III
Robert A. Hefner III is Founder and Owner of The GHK Company, pioneer of ultradeep natural gas exploration and production. In the 1970s, Hefner was also a leader in the industry’s successful efforts to deregulate the price of natural gas. Hefner is a Director of the American Clean Skies Foundation, a member of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel (IAP) on Energy, a Member of the International Council at the Belfer Center at Harvard, and has established the Hefner Initiative on Energy and National Security at the Center for New American Security (CNAS). |

Dave, who is a regular speaker on oil and energy issues on Asian TV stations and at industry conferences, also oversees all Platts editorial segments in Asia---oil, power, petrochemicals and metals--and helps manage the company's ambitious growth plans for the region. He has worked as a journalist since graduation, and has been with Platts for more than 12 years, serving in London, Houston and now Singapore, where he manages coverage by more than 50 reporters in the region. |
